All the personal data that you share with us in the scope of our company (Waternet Water Services Inc.) in customer, employee/employer, and commercial relationships is safeguarded by Waternet. We collect and process your personal data only for specific and legitimate purposes. Your personal data, which we request and you share with us in a manner connected to the processing purpose, will be processed within the framework of the purposes requiring processing; they may be recorded, stored, preserved, reorganized, shared with competent institutions authorized to request these personal data under the PDP LAW, transferred to domestic or foreign third parties, assigned, classified, and processed in other ways specified in the PDP LAW. By the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Waternet takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that your personal data are securely stored and processed by the law. Waternet may share your personal data with the following organizations to provide you with services:

• With our solution partners for the procurement of products and services you have purchased and used,
• With our dealers to whom we will transmit your location in case of emergency support calls,
• With regulatory and supervisory institutions and other official institutions, public institutions or organizations authorized to request personal data,
• With insurance companies, healthcare institutions, financial institutions (banks, etc.), meals, car rentals, operator companies, etc.

Your personal data is collected through our subscription agreement, Waternet website, call center, and sales representatives to provide you with products and services within the legal framework.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data is obtained within the limits set by law and in accordance with the law. Your personal data are processed in compliance with the principles of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other laws, according to the following principles:

• The principle of compliance with the law and honesty,
• The principle of processing for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes,
• The principle of being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,
• The principle of being retained for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation or the purpose for which they were processed.

Your personal data are processed in compliance with the law, and when the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, they are destroyed according to specific criteria.

Your Rights Regarding The Protection Of Personal Data

By applying to our company, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data are processed,
• Request information if your personal data have been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law No. 6698,
• Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

Apply to our company if you suffer any damage due to your personal data being processed unlawfully or if a result against you arises due to your personal data being processed exclusively through automated systems.

You can submit your requests related to the implementation of the law and any questions regarding your personal data to Waternet Water Services Inc. (FlatOfis, Otakçılar Cad. No:78 Kat:2 34050 Eyüp İstanbul) address by completing the application form below in full, having it notarized with a wet signature together with a photocopy of your ID card, or by sending it by post or registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using the electronic mail address previously notified to Waternet Water Services Inc. and registered in the system of Waternet Water Services Inc.
